Controllo operativo
L’integrazione deve mantenere un audit trail chiaro: chi ha creato il pagamento, quale stato ha restituito il provider, quando l’evento è arrivato in CRM o ERP e cosa fare con pending, failed o manual review.
Prossimo passo
Per un pilota bastano un sito, una route vPOS e un processo business. Dopo la verifica di pagamenti, refund, fiscalizzazione e riconciliazione, l’integrazione può estendersi ad altri canali.

What should be included in the first message?
Describe the website or system, current payment provider, CMS/CRM/ERP, required currencies, payment methods, receipt requirements and desired launch timeline.
Can VPOS.am help if payments are already connected?
Yes. A common request is reviewing an existing checkout, webhooks, duplicate events, manual checks and reconciliation when a provider exists but the process is unstable.
